If I could go back in time and tell myself to do these 4 things differently I would have lost more than 80 pounds a lot faster than the years it took me. At the end of this you'll be able to look at my mistakes and hopefully, get some insight to make changes to your thinking/approach to weight loss, so you don' have to go through all of the hardship like me.
